working out in the pool can be great for you on campus.
well i used to be a swimmer, it has made the body that i bought to college way better then what the skinny Brian used to have. well one thing you could do in your school pool is called "one man relay" you do all the strokes as many as your body can do, set up a goal if you want to do 20 laps don't stop until you get them all completed, but remember you can not loose your order, first freestyle, then backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. do this in the same order until you cant get out of the pool and i guarantee an amazing body if you do this once a weak and push it more and more every time you go. here its a video of the strokes

working out after being mad!
today was a very good day for me until the last of the afternoon, I got in an argument with my girlfriend that almost made me go insane!!!!! well I decided to go to the gym and let some frustration out on weights, first i made sure i stretched very well before u started. after that i decided that i was going to work only on my arms today and did 100 push ups with a little help of the "perfect push ups" i did sets of 10 as fast as i could rested for 30 seconds and went again, when i could not do more i wold think of how mad i was and gave it my all until i accomplished my 100. after that i took a 40 pound bar and curl it up 10 times, after i did that i took a 50 pound bar and did 10 more and last i did 60 pound bar and did 10 more. after my arms where tired i ran for 2 miles on the machine which made my whole body sweat. i completed my running and i went for pull ups, once again i though of my frustration and did two sets of ten. i was very tired after my 45 minutes in there so i dedicated 15 minutes more to abdominals and did as many sit ups and i could push.

cant find time to go to the gym!!! what can i do??
Well today I was not able to go to the gym, was very busy with all my classes and solving some issues as a Resident Assistant. Anyway what did I do so I would have some type of work out in my own dorm? I decided to push my desk out so I would have more space, then I started doing push ups on the floor in sets of 10. after I did my push ups I laid on my bed, with my legs on the air I started to do sit ups in sets of 30, this worked out my thighs and my lower abdominals, once that burned I laid on the floor again and did 15 more push ups. After that I did my sit ups again but tried to do them as fast as I could, and as many as I could which was up to 65. Even though you may feel weird about doing this alone in your room me though of other things that you could do alone or with a roommate.
Like:
* Marching in place
* Stepping up and down the stairs or running the stairs in your building
* Side steps (step touch)
* Jogging in place or high knee running in place
* Grapevines sideways forward and back
* Jumping jacks
* Kickboxing moves (front kicks, squats, side kicks, punches)
* Turn on your favorite music and just dance!
Set up a goal, plan your work out before you start because if you don’t then you will get lazy. I had fun doing all this work outs and after I was done I felt that I just came from the gym, it took me 45 minutes and let me tell you that I am seeing abdominals come out again like they once were in high school :)
