I have a lot going through my mind, a drunk driver hit my car and well now i have no transportation til the insurance goes through, I also got in a family argument, this is all going on in my head plus the work that i have in class, well today i went to the gym lost some body calories maybe fat but to be honest i lost stress and frustration. I used my anger and thoughs to work out and i feal amzing! instead of curling 35 pounds i did 40 pounds 10 times in 3 sets, now usually i would not be able to do so but with everything in mind i took anger out and i felt stronger. i am now feeling very good about myself, i learn today that working out is not only physical but mentally, if you put your mind into it and do things right i gurantee a good healthy less stressful life style!http://stress.about.com/od/programsandpractices/a/exercise.htm
