My name is Brian; I am a sophomore at Lynn University. I major in elementary education because I love to teach young children and I could see myself being happy everyday until I retire. I love Lynn University and open this account thanks to my professor Carrie Simpson who is teaching me about Blogging in the course "The Blogosphere Identity". I choose to blog everyday about working out at Lynn. I agree that is important to be healthy and smart when it comes to taking care of your body.
Today I went to the gym with my friend and follow classmate Etai Gil, Etai knows how to work out better the I do, today we got ready by taking out protein shake called "Whey Protein" which tasted awful but good for us. Etai told me that it was important to keep out legs strong that way its easier for our upper bodies to get stronger, therefore we started with the machine that worked on our thighs, we lifted 100 pounds 10 times for 3 sets. After we both completed the legs we started with our arms and did something he called "curling" etai works out more often then me, he started with a 25 pound weights and I started with 15 and did a 2 sets of 20. after that we did little more machines that worked on our arms, my goal is to curl 45 pounds at least 10 times by the end of this class. I want to be stronger then before or now.

Oh Brian, I have NO doubt in my mind that you will be a huge body builder by the time this semester ends. Be sure to drink those oatmeal drink! They build mussel ;)
