working out in the pool can be great for you on campus.
well i used to be a swimmer, it has made the body that i bought to college way better then what the skinny Brian used to have. well one thing you could do in your school pool is called "one man relay" you do all the strokes as many as your body can do, set up a goal if you want to do 20 laps don't stop until you get them all completed, but remember you can not loose your order, first freestyle, then backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. do this in the same order until you cant get out of the pool and i guarantee an amazing body if you do this once a weak and push it more and more every time you go. here its a video of the strokes

Haha, I loved the video! Sorry I didnt stay at the pool that one day or we would have done laps together, but we should swim laps this week for sure!! I miss my swim team in highschool :( so... LETS SWIM!
Haha nice video. Don't forget swimming is also great if you're someone who is inflexible (not mee but you know, just saying) Maybe for girls...since I LOVE stretching how about adding more pool exercises. Pool stretches? Also if you can find a hot tub after working out or before stretching in hot tubs are amazing, they keep you loose and who doesn't love hot tubs?
I know I commented on this already but I have an idea/question.
This may sound weird for the readers BUT I love having a good butt......*pause for dramatic affect* and I also love to do the stair climber thingy to help that along with runs. BUT what other exercises could you recommend to help improve that and make it more...enjoyable. Haha :)Thanks mate!
